Pickleball enthusiasts in Santa Monica are in for a treat on Saturday, September 9th and Sunday, September 10th, as three pickleball events will be taking place.

On Saturday, September 9th, the Santa Monica Pickle Pop will be having its grand re-opening. The grand re-opening will be celebrated with food, drinks, and live music from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Pickle Pop is located at 1231 3rd Street Promenada, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

Also on Saturday, September 9th, the Mary Pat Pickleball Clinic, pickletownla.com will be held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at pickletownla.com. Mary Pat is a world-renowned pickleball player and instructor. She is a two-time USAPA National Champion and has won numerous other tournaments. She is also a certified pickleball instructor and has taught thousands of people how to play the game.

On Sunday, September 10th, there will be pickleball demonstrations on Main Street from noon to 5 p.m. The demonstrations are free and open to the public. Transforming the street into a free community festival with al fresco dining, live music, local vendors, activities for kids, from Strand Street to Pier Avenue!The opportunity to  meet with pickleball instructors and learn the basics is an opportunity that should not be missed.

The Mary Pat Pickleball Clinic is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best pickleball players in the world. The clinic will cover all aspects of the game, from the basics of how to hold a paddle to advanced strategies. The clinic is open to all levels of players, from beginners to advanced. No prior experience is necessary.
